My daughter is only one year and seventeen months years old, but her memory is so strong ,if I told her something she would remember it for long long time,I don't know how to handle this thing that whether I should teach her something or let her paly herself?

Play WITH her to teach her good social skills. Play in and of itself is a great teacher, building new dendrites and adding neural connections. Find a way to incorporate learning with play. When I played with colored shapes with my kids I would say things like, "I am playing with the yellow square", and I would make the yellow square talk to the blue circle. "Hi blue circle, how are you today?" and on and on. It's fun, though it seem be a little silly. It is important to maintain a connection with her more than anything else. She will inevitably learn, but why not make it a little easier. Obviously you are on top of your game...or you wouldn't be asking this question. Good luck.

I think that you can have her play at the same time she is learning. She will still pick up and retain knowledge even if it is obtained during a game or fun activity. If she likes animals, get her some childrens animal books so she can learn about them and look at the cool pictures. Just expand on what she already finds interesting.

As long as she is happy to learn she will be ok .. Dont forget our babes learn through play find some games that also teach . Always ensure its fun and lots of hugs for rewards ..

I would moderate her teachings so that she can have a lot of play time and a little of teaching time. Help her mind grow as she grows.

I think she is growing perfect. My daughter was like that as well i just kept teaching her, she is now 10 and has been i E-classes since 1st grade. It really helps them alot to learn from playing, i taught my daughter through games it was exciting and she didn't even feel like she was learning. Its amzing when she tells me everythiung she remembers when she was a child. Its also nice when she says i liked that you play alot of games with me mom.
