Anyone STILL facing problem with CIAO?

The last discussion on CIAO issue was few weeks back and I thought the problem has been resolved. Today I saw someone has actually made a payout from Ciao few days ago. But I'm not so fortunate.
I still have around $10 in the Ciao account but I could not find a way to log into my account. I tried to access the log in page to no avail. I also tried to use the indirect way which is to add a friend, and finally sign in. This also is not working for me.
I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing the same problem? I'm from Malaysia by the way. I'm not sure if this problem is related to country or not.
Last resort is to email Ciao and ask them about it though I doubt they are going to reply.

hi, search for a product, write a review & then try to publish that. You will be asked for username & password to publish that. THen insert username,password & you will be able to login successfully. Hope this helps.

I have new way how to log in to ciao, you must use browser opera 10 turbo, with this browser u will be successfully logged in to ciao. good luck my friend.

I believe my country has been banned so your method will no longer be useful.

Still can't login. I'm from India and I think this is an effect of recession. They have blocked people from other countries so that they can restrict their expenditure and payments. Helium did the same. I think we would have to wait for sometime before they open up again after the recession.

Ciao is really either a disappointment or incapable of resolving their pathetic problem(s) within.
So, just like the many genuine and innocent members I am still unable to login to this website. And, yes, I do not have a single inkling clue as to what is happening here and when this is going to be resolved.
Let's hope it is not going to take forever and / or being banned.

Ciao has officially closed the access for certain countries, and my country is one of them. They've replied my email and apologized for it. Well, it's not all that bad. :)

Same as you, I haven't been very fortunate with Ciao! for the past weeks. As of this writing, I still can't log-in. I'm from the Philippines, by the way. Last I heard, Ciao! banned certain countries because some members from those countries had spammers and plagiarists.
I was told, though, that we could email them regarding our payouts for this month. I've already emailed them twice, once last week and another today, but I haven't received a reply from them yet. I'm hoping for the best, though. Good luck to us!

That's actually not the main reason I started this thread. LOL. Anyway, you need a minimum of $5 to reach payout. You earn by getting ratings on your reviews.
