A Tea mate is bossing around. Its Irritating!

In our team there is a guy who likes to sit on others head. He has a nature like he keeps on oiling the team lead, manager very much. Thats why they also favor them. He also back stab all others and I have seen my team lead also likes it.. Due to this he is very dear to the team lead and manager. Now the team lead is not here as he has gone onsite. I guess he has unofficially passed the baton to him. He is now bossing around which is very irritating to me. I just can't withstand, while we are at same level, why he will order us?

Well, its normal at any corporates. Even i had my same situation. We tried tolerating for years later, we just gave complaint to higher officials together and ended his torture.

yeh,there are always such people like leading others, they hope others obedient to them, they wanna show their power,but in fact they are nothing, maybe the leader like them just because they stab other colleagues in the back. I also hate this kind of people.

Hi subha, I am sorry to say but you have to bare with him for some time.Every dog has its day let him enjoy his day then"kabhi to oont pahad ke niche aayega" your time will come sooner or later. I remember in earlier discussion you told about your management increasing the days of work so it is not time to file report for anyone.

subha, can't you ignore him as your lead haven't announced that he is the one in charge? You just do you own job and ask him to mind his own business. He has no authority. You don't really have to get annoyed by this kind of person. If he really got promoted in the future because of his oiling and stabbing, you will just understand your company / management team is not a really smart one.
