Hi there tahminaxx. Well one way to prevent this painful feeling is to do your exercises properly. Before starting any rigorous workouts, do 15 minutes of warm ups and stretching. In between do your regular exercises, but before you hit the shower, take at least another 15 minutes to cool down, and make sure you stretch the muscle groups you just worked out. If you still feel the pain, you probably lack protein, so load up on it for muscle recovery. You can drink those protein shakes or you can eat foods rich in proteins, like tofus, egg, lean meat, etc. If it still doesn't work, there is a supplement specifically created for muscle recovery, one of them is creatine, a very popular supplement used by a lot of athletes. Unless you're seriously gonna buff up and build muscles, stick to the natural sources of protein, it's safer that way. Hope that helps, cheers!

If your body is sore you may want to take a bath with epsom salt or warm bath and if this doesn't help you maybe want to not work out as hard and make sure you are using the right form.
