Iv joined the gym a weeek ago and go there at least 3-4 times a week as i dont have much time for it. I find that my whole body is painful the very next morning. Apparently its suppose to go as my body should get use to it however...

josh281992 If your body is sore you may want to take a bath with epsom salt or warm bath and if this doesn't help you maybe want to not work out as hard and make sure you are using the right form.
