What time do you get up on Saturday mornings ?

With the working days so long and tiring, I am always so happy to get back home on Friday evenings. "Thank God it's Friday" as we say. I would then relax in all my favorite ways, listening to music, reading, watching movies on the TV. That would go late into the night because I won't have to get up early the next day Saturday morning. I would just sleep late into the morning hours, and would get up at 10 o'clock the earliest ! Ha ha ! What time do you get up on Saturday mornings ? Do you enjoy Friday nights late into the night ?

Nice to hear that you totally OWN the Saturdays ! Oh yes, that's how we like to manage the weekends, forgetting about the long week we had gone through, so exhausting and tiring. Walking along the beach would be very refreshing too.

Hey greenlline! When I was working I would so look forward to Friday nights too! Just so I could have the luxuory to stay up as late as I wanted to! I would sleep as late as I could on Saturday mornings too! But, when you are so programmed to getting up early all week you really can't sleep that much later! You can try to, but you end up maybe catching an hour or so by going back to sleep, but then that's about it! I also would get up around 10:00 for good too!

Hey Opal26! How are you doing? I sleep late everyday, myself. I don't sleep very well at night for one thing. I have trouble relaxing my mind and sometimes I hurt with my arthritis or have allergy problems. I go to bed late, too, but like I told you in myemail to you, I always have a lot to do. Kathy.

About 9am unless my little one pulls me out of the warmth of the sheets sooner. And I enjoy every night as a late night LOL... Hitting the sheets before 2:30am is quite rare, I usually average 4am and awake again at 7am.

Nice to have some good sleep. That helps to get rid of the stresses of the previous day and get refreshed. Yes, that's right. A little extra sleep would not hurt. Have a nice refreshing weekend.

Of course, if the job requires traveling, one could not take breaks on weekends. I do have to travel quite often too on my business trips. And, very often, I am on the plane or the train on a Saturday.

Sunday is my day for my Lord, so we wake early, preparing for sunday service to worship the Lord. Its is really our habit to attend the sunday worship and my life will not be complete if I will not worship the Lord. We should be thankful for our every day life and for everything that the Lord has given us.

Hi Vicky. Well, in any case, you do get up fairly early, I would say, earlier than I do any way. Yeah, a peaceful sleep throughout the night is so relaxing and refreshing. Mosquitoes can be very distirbing.

I wish I could sleep in. My kids always get me up by 6 and if I am lucky I will have only had to get up with them once in the night. I wouldn't sleep in if they let me because it would scare me that something was wrong with them. LOL. Guess that's parenting. If I get a chance to nap during the day that would be heaven. Why don't my children sleep? They know mommy wants to. hahaha

Hello Coco. You mean you have to work over the night time, and sleep the whole day till 9 or 10 pm. Yes, I know some people have the work hours in the night, night shift jobs. One has to get adjusted to the schedule, yes.

I usually wake up around 7 a.m. I used to wake up a lot later in the morning like anywhere from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. But these days I just can't seem to sleep in unless I'm just really tired. I guess one reason is that I like to have as much of the day to do whatever I want as I can. Not that I don't love sleeping when I need it though.

I've been known to get up at around 2:00-3:00pm!! I definitely take advantage of my Friday nights, seeing as I don't have to get up for school the next day. It's wonderful, but I end up losing a lot of time to work on homework by following that schedule. Still, Friday nights are the one night where I make myself not even thing about work, and try to focus on having a fun time with friends. Sometimes we'll hang out until the sunrise and it messes up my schedule for the whole weekend, but it's worth it!!

I like sleeping in. so you can imagine me in the summer, then having to get up again in September for school ;D it sucks. but whatever, Saturdays are wecome :) ugh, too bad its only Tuesday =( 4 more days ! I always get up around the same time, regardless of how late I go to bed and Saturdays are no exception. I wake up around 6:30 a.m. and even if I don't have anything particular to do, I still get my breakfast early and get ready for the day.

I see. So, you like to keep the time schedule as every day. I would say you are a very desciplined person. Very good. Well, I am not that desciplined at all, a bit lazy type I would say. Ha ha !

Typically, i would wake up late on a saturday morning aroud 8 or 9 AM to regain the energies i have lost during weekdays. I have a one month old son and he normally wakes up in the middle of the night. my wife and i take turns. i feed him at times, change the diaper, make him fall asleep, etc. now i comprehend how hard it is to be a parent. but the joy my son is giving me is beyond words. He is my source of joy and he is my inspiration to strive in everything i do.

That sounds very nice. A happy father ! Yup, I can well understand what a joy a child is to the parents. Well, for me 9 AM on a Saturday morning is still like middle of the night ! I like sleeping for a couple of hours more.
