dadafra After a long week, I try to get up early on saturdays, then go out on a jog. After I come back, I take a shower and then have a little meal then I sleep till noon. I do not really enjoy Late nights on Fridays, work is killing enough.

dadafra To me I only eat out in Fancy places when I have an occasion to celebrate or when I just want to treat myself to a nice time. But as my schedule can be sometimes busy, that time just dosen't present itself all the time.

dadafra I agree 100%, one's dress scence matters a lot. Most people tend to judge one based on how one dresses. Appearance of clothing, hair and even smell go a long way in potraying ourselves to others.

dadafra When I have a cold, I always feel like taking sleeping pills, then taking tea. After this, I curl up on my sofa and catch a lovely nap. When I wake up I feel much better and my cold is practically gone.

dadafra Taking care of illness really starts from the mind. If the mind is not conditioned to feel Good, the body will not recover swiftly. One needs to be mentally tuned on for recovery, Good health will not come.
