Hair, long or short, which do you think is best on a woman?

I used to have a short curled in bob, it did NOT look good on me, although my family told me it looked good on me. I really didnt feel comfortable in it. Don't worry, some guys like long hair, others prefer short hair.

I have black straight long hair at present,but I think 10 years later,I 'll cut it short,or make it crimp,I think ,long or short ,it depends on the shape of our face and our ages,man like the girl who with long hair,may because in their eyes,the long hair girls are more femininity ,but when before their age 35s,I think ,long hair will make the woman looks lack of energy .

It really depends. My hait is very fine and looks so much better short-medium length. At the moment it is very similar to how Kimberly from the Pussycat Dolls had hers when she first had it cut. I feel so much better having short-ish hair rather than very long hair which one me, just goes limp when it gets past a certain stage and I can hardly do anything with it.

I prefer medium a lil longer than my shoulders or just touching. So I can atleast put it up in some fashion. And you are right men prefer women with longer hair, maybe it's a more "feminine" look that they really like? I noticed when I had longer hair the guys would talk to me more than when I had short hair. Plus why is it that only older women look respectable with short hair anymore? Just because a person has short hair doesn't mean they are not as girlie as another with long hair. you probably struggle with it because if you cut your hair short it's a PITA to grow out. I've been there and I don't want to do it again!

It really depends on what looks best on you. Men might be naturally attracted to a nice head of hair because it is a sign of good health. But it shouldn't really matter if it is long or short. You have to also take into consideration your age. Shorter hair usually makes very young women appear older, and interestingly, it makes older women look younger. I always wanted long hair. In most of my youth I couldn't get it to grow because I was always dying it, or straightening it. Now, at the ripe age of 36, it was extremely long -until two weeks ago. I decided that it didn't give me a youthful enough appearance. On the contrary, it made me look haggard. So, I cut it, and am very happy that I did. My husband immediately commented that it made me look much much younger. Woo hoo. :) So, in my opinion, long or short, they are both good. But if you want to entice a man, don't go too short.

Hi - I think it depends on the shape of the women's face. If a person has a round face, then short hair may make their face look bigger...in that case, long hair may suit them more. I think Men also differ in their likes. My husband personally likes short hair, up to the shoulder. However, my brother likes a women with very long hair...Trust me my dear, you are not the only one who is struggling with the hair issues :)

I dont really mind either long or short hair, but the hair must be all hers, no wigs,lol

I personally believe that women look better with long hair. But ofcourse you have to be comfortable in it, otherwise it ain't worth a try. i don't know why or what makes me to say this but long hair does enhance the beauty of a woman.

This is what I heard, if your hair is short you will attract a metrosexual male more. Coz men men are usually attracted to women with long hair. Men like to play with your hair or just run their fingers through it.

I think that it differs for each woman when we talk about the length of hair they prefer on them. For me, I prefer to have long hair because I look good this way. Though my mom liked my hair when it was shorter, I still insisted to getting the long hair look. During my latter days in college I went to have my hair rebounded and thus my mom liked my hair long and neat. With regards to short hair, I do not feel girly when I sport that look so I stay away from short hair do's.
