I like to be an employee only and I do not like to be a boss. Being a boss is a responsible post and it requires more time and concentration and energy and other things. It is eaasy to be an employee and we will find more time to spend with the families but being a boss will not find us time to spend with the family.

hmmm i like being an employee because when you're done with the job then your out already. being the bosss youre responsible for all of the team/unit/whatever. but maybe someday when im up to it i could become one of those bosses. and help change some ways and methods in our hospital. some of the ways and policies arent that good and compromises employees. when i become boss, i would be pro-staff or pro-employee. i know what it felt like being the employed anyway.

I would like to be the boss for myself. That way I can manage my work and my life.

The same with you, I don't want to be a boss either. Because of what you have said. Like we have to invest a lot of energy, take the response for it, and so on.
I want to be a employee that have a unique techonology. I will get well paid for my skill. Haha! It's still a dream, and I am work hard to achieve it.
Enjoy ourlives, Cudamni.

i can be the boss if i own the business or the company right? i don't agree with you that bosses don't have the time to spend with their family. if you owns the company then you can decide if you would like your wife, your children or even your entire family stay in your office the whole day. another thing is you can decide whether what time would you like to work. yes, its true that being the boss, you are the leader, you have to be in charge of everything and is the one held accountable if your business fails.. but however, if i choose to work for a company (especially if it is a large one) i won't mind being just an employee because i don't want to be held responsible on the things i decide on. and it's very difficult to manage people. i also don't have the character of being a boss in a multi-national or large company.
