I never used to do this but with the recent statistics showing obesity growing in America I have started looking at calorie and fat content on roducts when I am buying them, I even do this for my kids.

gloriastax I prefer not to count calories from the food that I bought. But I never or rarely bought something with artificial color, sugar or artificial preservative. It just not good with our body.
