I never used to do this but with the recent statistics showing obesity growing in America I have started looking at calorie and fat content on roducts when I am buying them, I even do this for my kids.

I prefer not to count calories from the food that I bought. But I never or rarely bought something with artificial color, sugar or artificial preservative. It just not good with our body.

I do. It's been 4 months since I started to doing this and it's been beneficial not just for me, but for the rest of the family. Mom has lost 10 pounds! I also taught her how to count calories so that she could always choose the better and healthier option each time she's at the supermarket.

No, I never count calories before buying many things eatable. But for drinks and food beverages, for sure. We hardly get enough time for shopping so we try to buy things as quickly as we can. But when I am relaxed I try t check the calories. I think it is a good habit to count calories before buying.
