What's your best way to lose weight?

I have the best way to lose weight for me because you know what's good for one person is not good for another. I have a trail that is not far from my house I walk to the trail and then I walk a two mile trail and I walk home every six days I don't walk on monday cause the trail is close. It's hard but a very good work out.

Nothing beats working outdoors in the summer and sweating it out. Unfortunately it hasn't helped me one bit. I need to lose 70LBS, the excess weight is taking a toll on my entire body. I work outside, it's not the easiest job, but I get hot and sweaty.

you know, I use to work out all day and I was still gaining weight and I didn't know why, but I found out you have to watch what you eat and you can't eat more then you burn off.

I usually eat healthy, I've had difficult times with junk food, but I'm doing the best I can right now not to eat it.

I run a lot and play sports as much as I can. Usually run 10-15 miles a day (but I train to race). But even for beginners, running is one of the best ways to burn calories in a short time. Also just be careful what you eat.

I can't wait for the weather to cooperate and then we can start walking here. I live in the middle of a huge road that is hilly~ up and down and up and down. I usually walk to the top of the hill and then back down every night. But I have to wait for the weather to get decent before I start. Right now....just bought a Richard Simons dvd...hopefully that will be my start.

to help keep myself in shape i walk lots, i do boxing couple of times a week i have an exersise ball i use a couple of times a week and i play football when i can plus run about with the kids in general and i do my best to eat healthily and drink lots of water

I usually do Atkins for a couple weeks, then switch to the Zone, then to just plain calorie restriction with exercise.

We have winter and cold weather here nine out of the twelve months so it is harder to go for walks here as much as I would like. I think walking is a great weight loss help. Another thing that I have done and need to start again because it really helped me lose weight is counting my calorie intake. When I did this I was able to lose about 30 pounds in just around three months. I still have about another 20 to go till I am at my prime weight for age and height and I am planning on starting again this next month and hopefully will be able to have it gone by the end of summer.
