Have you ever read the food facts guides at your favorite fast food place, they are scary but the food is just sooooo good.

I think in the long run.. its bad.. but for the meantime... the convenience is really an advantage for me

Yes I think it is bad. Almost half of the US population is obese or overweight. I think it is from too much fast food. However I don't think it all that harmful if you have it once in a while. Once in a while meaning a rare occasion maybe 5 to 6 times a year.
