WTF?! A talking beaver welcoming people to Canada? Please tell me this is fake!

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! This has got to be a fake! Someone PLEASE tell me that this beaver in the following Youtube video didn't talk!
I mean, WTF?! There is no way that something like this can happen unless it's another person impersonating its voice or some ventriloquist taught the beaver to speak in the human language and trained to do that dangerous stunt that it did on the road where there's a big chance it'll be the first beaver who speaks the human language to be talking roadkill! Parrots maybe, but beavers?!
My apologies in advance, but i'm calling shenanigans on this one!

The video link isn't available anymore. I think that would be one for the books though.
I don't know what to think. I know Canada is known for the fur trade, but there is no way they can use real beavers. An animated one maybe, but for the real fur flying critter. I just don't think that's possible.@DuoMaxwell (953)

Canada is built on the fur trade of beaver furs traded by the First Nations people to the English and the French. Back then fur is all the rage in Europe and so both the English and the French came to establish their trading posts here.
