what is going on with performance bux?? They are becoming scam??

i think performance bux half scam because sfor someone members can payment, for someone members no payment

I'm not sure if they are scam right now. But for Asian member, we need to upgrade our membership to premium to be able to cashout.... I didn't continue in performancebux because I am from Indonesia and the price to upgrade so expensive... hiksss
