which would you prefer? i say that i am qualified to ask this question because once in my life i was anxious to do the first one. i was thinking that it would do better for our relationship didn't work anymore and so i did. do you think i did the right thing? if i were you, what would you do? it has been for a year now i guess and i am still trying to move on. sometimes i have the feeling that what if i didn't?

hello friend.... i hav faced both the things in my life......but if someone asks me,i wud not go for any of the choices. Until and unless it is inevitable to sustain your relationship,i wud keep on trying to save the relation.. and i wud also like to tell u dat if u were left wid no choice except breaking ur relationship there is no need to repent on ur decision.... you shud forget about your past and enjoy your present...

I rather they do the breaking up because I find when I am the one doing the breaking up, they always come back and lie and say they are going to fix whatever the problem is and I foolishly keep going back, just to have the person do the same things over and over again. however if they are the ones doing the breaking up then they can't really come back and say they change their minds. I am good about not calling if I get broken up with. Usually if there is a break up both of us know it is coming anyways so I would rather he does it and he has no excuse to bug me again. Let me grief the relationship and move on.

I prefer to break up with the person if I see nothing is going great between us and its better to break uo than staying together and suffer in silence.

I think both the situation are not good. either one will get hurt in any situation. I have gone through both the situation. & both gave me equal blow. I tried my best to keep the relation but still was not able to save it. Sometimes its better to let it go instead of holding it. It will only leave you in pain. Though, I am still trying to move on, I have a belief that whatever is happening with me or around me is just good for me. & that makes me happy. I do get same feelings, but when I look back to the situation & think about what we are now, I realize that we are in better situation now. A good friend of mine gave me a advice- A good relation is like a bike, if they go along then you can reach destiny otherwise you'll end up in misery. ITs a team efforts so dont think that you would have done better in your relation.A relation is based on love & both of you should have love & understanding for each other. So move on..look around & you'll find more happiness around you!!! :)

Yes, I believe you did the right thing. If I sensed that the relationship is not working or I found out that he cheated on me like there is a third party involved I am the one who decide to quit the relationship. If the person is no longer happy with me or he don't like my company anymore, why force him. There are still lot of guys out there.

I think that I would rather than be the dumper or the dumpee talk about the relationship and end it in a mutual agreement rather than being the one to hurt someone else or be hurt myself.
