Why don't you try logging in on different occasions and try all your credit card numbers one at a time. Definitely, if you gave a credit card number which you have, you will soon zero in on the correct one.Of course you would have given a credit card number that belongs to you I suppose so you can do it by trial and error method.

You can drop an email to paypal with your registered email id and i am sure that they will help you out.

Why don't you talk to the paypal administrator see if there is any other solutions they can suggest for you. You can ask them advise, they might give your account back. No harm to try.
