the quality of teachers..

the quality of teachers head very much gone done..they are simply doing that job for money..the teacher's had got a respect from students ..but today the scene has changed...what do you think of it?

There are some good teachers out there still, but I agree, I do not think there are as many good quality teachers. A lot of my friends are teachers. They are really good people. They are very intelligent. A lot of them took teaching positions because after graduating college, they had trouble finding jobs so they took a teaching position in a high demand area. Some of them enjoy their job. Most of them do not have their hearts in it.
At least once a week on the news these days I am hearing very negative things about teachers. Teachers keep getting fired and having criminal charges put on them for having inappropriate relationships with students. It makes me very afraid to send my son to school. What if a teacher touches my son inappropriately? It seems so common these days, that as sad as it sounds, it could be a possibility.
Teachers used to be adult figures that students could trust. These days that trust is not there. A few bad apples ruined it for the whole bunch.

There are still a lot of good teachers, but the best teacher is inside everybody's family the parents, if the parents do their primary goal to teach their children according to the word of God live a good example. Be not afraid of letting your son go to school if you do your responsibility of educating first your son and not giving the whole responsibility to the teacher alone resassure your son will be on the safe place.You must have good relationship with your son's teacher because she will serve as the second parent. The problem now, some of the parents don't bother themselves about their child's education they leave the responsibility to the teacher alone because according to them teachers are paid for their job not knowing that teachers are also human.

some teachers in college just focus on their promotion ,they dont take care of their students,especially on finding job. they just worked in an ivory tower and separated from the competive society

The quality of our teachers are not the same as when I went to school.It is our falt to let ever thing slide.Some of our teacher should not even be around children.

I do think that some teachers had changed through the years. I can still remember my primary or secondary level, the teachers took care and nurture their pupils or students. Now, it is the other way around. I've noticed that some of them just work for the sake of earning. I am not sugar coating the statement, but not all teachers are like this.
