Do you like sitting alone?

I live alone and have no car, so I am alone almost all the time. Most of the time I don't mind it, because I have things like internet stuff and books to keep me busy. But I do feel lonley at times. I am glad I have the phone so I can talk to people sometimes.

Yes, I love being alone. Everyday, I have to take a few minutes to be just with myself. Sometimes, I feel so overwhelmed with the people and everything else around me that being alone is the only way I can relax, take a deep breath and re-center myself. With all the responsibilities that we carry around, it is so important for us to be able to give ourselves the chance to step back away from the noise and just enjoy our solitude, even if it is just for a couple of minutes at a time.

usually, i am alone. eating ,walking ,studying,a single man. sometimes ,i feel lonely ,want to conect with people aroud me. so , don't let yourself feel lonely for a long time.

Yes, sometimes we need to be alone to think and analyze the things that happening around you. We need to be alone to be able to know what we really wanted and to have a time for ourself. Being alone doesn't mean that your are lonely... We need space to think over.
