whats the worst punishment from parents?

You're right. My kids feel the same way. I am a person who tries always to get a compromise, to see things in another light, not only in my way. Try to accomodate every wish and be "there" for everyone when they need.Even if they don't realize it. I don't like to "snoop" around, but like when they come to me and tell me things. I ask questions, but not too much.I don't like to interfere with their life, but to know what's going on in their life. Maybe they can use an advice coming from a mother's heart, without any judgement. I loke to think that if and when they have a problem, they'll come to me for advice and support. They pretty much do so, and I can say I'm happy when they do. However, they are teenagers, and their minds work in unusual ways. Even the most logic answer makes no sense to them.So I get angry and try to explain, still they do things that they should not. I can get mad, cut the car, gas, money, don't feed them(let them take by themselves), anything I do, they don't care. The only thing they can not get by is when I don't talk to them They say"mom, we are the kids, not you".:)
