Do you like to cook?

Sometimes I do and sometimes I dont. Just depends on how much time I have, what I want to make, and what else is going on that day. Some afternoons the kids have football practice or scout meetings and I lose out on 2 hours of cooking time or whatever. I like to cook just about anything really. I dont have a specialty really either. I cook a variety of things to keep things different and everyone happy.

I actually love to cook and have become quite good at it over the yrs..What am I expert at though? LOL well my Jamaican Jerk chicken is a hit with anyone who's had it along with my spaghetti and lasagna..I'm sure there are plenty of other thigns as well but I couldnt tell you what they are..I'd have to ask family and friends especially since I'm so critical of myself LOL

I can't say that I love to cook because I do all the cooking here. Three meals a day, seven days a week. So it can become more of a JOB rather than something I enjoy doing. Though I love food and making it. I think that some of my specialties are perogies, lasagna, and maybe my homemade pizza. Those things don't last long when I make them and everyone loves them. Also I love my leeks soups or lentil soups and they also get eaten pretty fast.

I like to cook sometimes. My husband does most of the cooking and is better at it than I am. Everyday cooking is boring to me. Coming home from work and trying to get a meal prepared to have dinner just seems like work and not a whole lot of fun, just part of the daily routine. I like it when I am off work or perhaps on the weekends where I can make something special and not have to rush through it. I make a really great green chile stew and I have a great recipe for sweet and sour pork that is so yummy. It started with an old Betty Crocker recipe I have tweaked alot and takes some time to make and tastes better when you take your time with it. I also like to bake and try new desserts. We are always on the go so having the time to do this is rare and special.

I like a lot to cook, even i am not a great eater. But i really like to cook for others, when i am free i do this all time, i like when somebody say that like my food. I like to cook everything, fish in special, sweets, french food is my favorite, is very sofisticated, and in a way, represent myself. But i make my own experiments too, i like combinations, different foods.
