Has anyone every heard of reverse auctions? Apparently there are sites out there that are something like ebay except the person who bids the lowest wins the item that is for sale. Does anyone know about this? I'm interested to see who has joined these kinds of sites and made any money off of them.

I have heard of this before. I do not know how it works though. It is weird that someone could actually win by bidding, say a penny, though.

I've never heard of such a thing. It doesn't make sense to me unless you got it for nothing to make didly on it. I don't participate in any auction sites, I would if shipping wasn't outragious!

The only sites I know who do this are those company who are outsourcing or employers looking for employees to do a certain job online. Those who are interested in doing the job bid for the work they choose to do. The lowest bidder gets the job and they get paid in the amount they had bidden.
