Do you believe that whoever has the knowledge has the power? I do. I'm learning it the hard way since I'm conveniently being left out of decisions in my office. There is one person who is making decisions and not sharing them with just me! So I've come to truly believe that knowledge is power and whoever has the knowledge - the information - is trying to make themselves indispensable. What do you think?

I don't mean to be a dark person (Hmm Do I?) Lol
But Knowledge is indeed power...that is why there is blackmail and there is slavery. Knowledge can be very important and could help improve someone else's life or destroy it. Take the example of Nobel, the very reason he made the Nobel Peace Prize is to atone for his mistake of inventing Dynamite. He created it out of his knowledge and good intentions but ended up causing a war and deaths of hundreds of people before and even now.
So Knowledge is indeed power but the question is what do you do with the power after you received it? What good is knowledge if you don't apply it?

Hi niel...You didn't come off as a dark person and I appreciate the comments. I didn't even think about blackmail and slavery - those are very important points. Knowledge should be applied for the good but often it just isn't and definitely not in the case I'm in. Thanks for your response.
