Bohol!The best place to see the wonder of nature......

Oh wow, thanks for appreciating our beautiful place angel_rain. I am a pure boholana but unfortnately I myself don't get to explore our wonderful scenery that much. These things cost money you know. But what a coincidence coz I have been to Balicasag Island too and went snorkeling. Actually it's my second time so I can deeply relate to your experience. Wow, our place is paradise. I don't mean to brag but sorry I did want to brag. It was so much fun because I went with my colleagues. 3 of them were so scared at first to plunge into the water but later on they also enjoyed especially after learning how to deal with their lifejackets. lol

Going to the Philippines would be a superb trip that I very much hope to do in a couple of years time. I plan to fly into Cebu and then take a ferry over to Bohol Island. The Chocolate Hills there sound amazing. I am very fond of snorkeling to see colorful coral and friendly fish.

When it comes to nature conservation, the Province of Bohol is doing great. It's good that their efforts in preserving their environment are being rewarded now with praises and positive reviews from their visitors, both domestic and foreign. I have not gone there yet but I know that I will be there in the near future. Another province in the Philippines that comes to mind when it comes to pristine beauty is Palawan. It's the Philippine's last frontier and the people there are also trying hard to keep the province spared from destructive development. Do try to visit the province next time. It will make you really proud that our country has lots of beautiful places. I could also share that the provinces in the southernmost part of the country - Tawi-tawi and Sulu have incomparable natural beauties to brag about. They have white beaches, wonderful underwater foliages, great sunsets and sunrises and more... It's so sad though that only a few can see and enjoy the sceneries there.

Hello angel_rain, good day to you! Well, here in the Philippines there are so many beautiful place were you can enjoy especially this summer season. Like what have you said Bohol is one of the great place where you can enjoy and find adventure. Honestly I haven't been in the Place of Bohol but I saw some site that describe and tells many things about this place, especially the unique islands which is very beautiful if you will be given a chance to visit it. Well, If ever I will be given a chance to go explore together with my parents in that place, I will accept it because I want my parents to feel relax especially this summer. By the way one reason why I will accept that chance it's because of the adventure that you will experience in the place! Well, all in all I can say that Bohol was really good even though I haven't been there. By the way if you will go visit that place just do not forget to buy some remembrance kit that you will give to your friends, and especially do not forget to bring and take a shot of picture for a good remembrance because that's very important. I would love to go in Bohol someday. I want to go to Loboc river I always see it on TV many times. The place is pollution free and it is so peaceful. If I'm going to have a chance to live there I want to. If they want to last the beauty of Bohol they need to protect it. I think sometimes tourism destroy the natural beauty of the place like are happening in Boracay it is more commercialize.

Been there but that was about a couple of years ago. It was a five day tour of the island. I find Bohol very pristine place to be. I stayed in one resort in Panglao Beach and it was really great and very peaceful to be in that place.

One of my wish is to visit other places outside Luzon since I love to see the beauty of our country and I have heard so much of other places. My problem right now is time and budget since I need to help my family first before any pleasure. Hopefully in the near future, I can do it. Good for you that you were able to visit bohol. I've been to Bohol last week with my friends. for me its my most unforgettable and memorable experience vacation i ever had. i agree on everything you said about Bohol. we went to chocolate hills, hinagdanan cave, the hanging bridge, see the cute tarsier, the very big python snake, and the floating restaurant.
