Has Mylot lost it's charm?

I get bored with the simple questions that asked over and over. For the first year on here it was okay to re answer the same question. But as long as I have been here. I no longer try to do that. Sorry, but it has gotten boring for me. I do love MyLot and love coming. But it takes so long to make it to pay out that I make sure I go to my other site that pays better first. Once I meet what i wish in points there. Than I come here if I have time.

I think you are stumbling because of starting trouble.You have to be more here to get accustomed to this site.Try to remain more time and roam all the pages and you will find good posts to respond.Sometimes,I feel bored to be here and I couldn't find any discussion valid.But that is because our mind was occupied with other duties.After that,the fun will be again and will be addicting to post here.Cheers!

I do not think mylot has lost it's charm. It is a platform for one to share and learn and rant. I do not bother if the topic is repeat or new. As long as I am able to help someone out there with my contribution, I just do it. Of course, I could have given similar opinions to the "repeat" or similar topics. But, I choose otherwise. These topics help me to think of different answers. In a way, it provided a platform for me to train my thoughts. Look positively and you will not be annoyed

Maybe it has for you. A lot can depend on how you use myLot and who your friends are. It may also depend on your interests. Some topics don't have as many members starting or participating in discussions at a high frequency. Have you added any topics to your lists lately? Do you have a regular group of friends that gather here or do you meet new friends here? MyLot is trying to keep things fresh and add new features. The tasks are an interesting and unique feature for a social networking site. They are a good opportunity to earn for those who are so inclined. If you rely on others to keep you entertained, then you are bound to become bored over time. MyLot offers many tools and allows individual members great flexibility to customize their experience. Mix things up and the charming nature that drew you to myLot in the first place might start to reappear. Cheers.

I fine it much easier to search for a topic of interest so as to avoid the repeated ones. At least there, the topics are pretty much new and not repetitve, at least not yet anywsay. The only ones that become repetitive are the money ones. It seems like the questions asked have been asnwered several times, but they get asked again and again. Talk about monotonous lol. Anyway, you cn do searches, as that will break the mononotony quite a bit.

I sighed up just about a week ago and at least presently, I am still attracted to this mylot . To me ,this site is not only a source to make extra pocket money, but also a good site to practise my English and make friends from all over the world. So,I think I will stick to it as long as I have time to surf the internet...:)

i'm not sure... sometimes i think it is... sometimes i think it is not... what i mean is, some days i can still find good discussions here... while on other days, i can't find any at all... so i think it really depends... mylot is not the same everyday... i find that it varies quite a lot everyday... take care and have a nice day...

I never found it to have a lot of charm in the first place. Were this not a pay-related site, I would probably have ran for the hills some time back. As it is, it's a place I idly look at in between doing other, fun things.

You are definitely getting bored with mylot. I have a suggestion or two for you to spice up your mylot life. 1. Add as many people as you can. The best way of doing it is to add all of them who answers your discussion. 2. Try to add all active people from an interest fo your choic. 3. Have notification on for each friend you have in your profile. 4. Always opt for notification for comments you get for your resonse. 5. Always belive in long chain of comments. These will not only enhace your earnng but also you will get to know that your interests are coming back to you.

No, I dont think that you are over-reacting. You tend to get a bit disillusioned after a while. But many out here have been here years and love the time they spend here, starting and replying to discussions, making friends and staying in touch that way... many feel like this mylot community is like a family to them, a family they can return to every everning after work. So, bide your time. The more time you invest, the more you may begin enjoying your time at mylot. But having said that, I do agree with you when you say that many discussions are repeats or very similar to others that have come and gone. Its a question of perspective really. Enjoy!

i really don't think that myLot lost its charm. i mean, i'm still in to it! and it's fun posting and uploading photos you know. cause at the same time you earn! and i keep finding interesting discussions that i can respond to and i can learn from. maybe you're just feeling tired. but i'm sure that myLot still has its charm. happy earning!
