Do you like to paint?

I love painting. I'm not very good at it. I'm going to keep at it. I find it very relaxing.

i used to paint small models which i found to be very good way to spend my time but now i dont have enough time to do all the intricate details

I can't even paint a wall! My mother has recently taken up the hobby of oil painting. Her first ones lacked pizazz, but as she went along her work improved. Her paintings are marvelous. I have asked her for one of her paintings. She chose to give me one of her first ones. Although I would have liked one of her other paintings, I will hold this one dear.
