If we start a relationship with a friend it wil be easy to continue as he knows us and understands us well. Even if we start a relationship with a stranger, there will not be any problem if he is understanding. After tiengup relationship we can be as good friends. With whomever it may be the relationship should be based on trust, understanding, love, care,if these qualities are there relationship will last longer.

When you date a friend, they mostly likely live by you and that's how you know them so well and therefore it's easier to date. A stranger you see and ask out could live like an hour away and that's not good for any relationship.

i really think better start with both friends and strangers

I'm currently in a situation where I was dating this guy I just met for the past 2 weeks. A few days ago after our 3rd date, I get an email from him telling me that he thinks we should be friends for a while before giving the relationship a shot. I normally will go for it but the thing that bothered me about this particular relationship is that we hit it off instantly and things were starting to get a little serious before he sent me that email out of the blue. I wouldn't mind being friends with him regardless of how things turn out BUT I still have that uncertainty IF he really wants to pursue a friendship with me. Or is he just saying that to be kind and telling me that it's over???? He has told me a few times that his past long-term relationships involved girls that were his friends first and then one day it just developed into something more....could someone please give me their thoughts on this???

one relationsships is good in both modes.if u havae with a friend is good because u know him,u know how he think.if u have with a srtange is more interesting,u are courious to see what is in his mind ,to see his good or bad things.i think the last longer is with a friend because u know him before relationship

well i don't know, I think that its the same for both ... My husband was my friend for years before we got together and he's the love of my life but I also know a lot of happy people who were strangers before being a couple every one's different I think..

STRANGER -- TURNED INTO FRIENDSHIP -- RELATIONSHIP - Marriage -- kids -- goes on and on.

Kind of a catch 22...a friend has to be a stranger before they become a friend...so all relationships start out as stranger before anything else.

Well, intuitively speaking, I guess it would be with a friend, because at least you know the person better before you committed to the relationship.

Friends better in one way that u know the person better but then if u go out and break up the friendship is gone, if its not a friend and something happens atleast u didnt loose a good friend

A relationship is better started off with a friend will last longer. 1. because you know them better and have a foundation and actually care for the person. 2. Your friendship will mean more to you than it would to a stranger so they would go around hurting you

it's always best to start out as friends. atleast, give some time to know the person better.
