KHyuga Yes, the handicap definitely should be granted priority. But what happens if you have an empty handicapped toilet right beside one that is full of people? Isn't it better to utilise this spare capacity, since the toilet would have been empty otherwise anyway?

KHyuga Well, I think it would only be reasonable for non-handicapped people to use the toilet only if they are very sure that nobody else is around. If the toilet is going to be empty anyway, why can't other people be allowed to make use of it?

KHyuga Well, I think children should only go for piercing when they want to and when they feel they are ready for it. They should never be forced to do it. That's just my opinion though.
