if it is really too hot then i drink water if not i skip on drinking water then get myself a cup of coffee or tea. i have that mug while i do what i need to do. then later at breakfast i will egt myself a glass of cold juice ot iced tea. for me i dont think it is good drinking water when you awake my tummy aches when i do that thats why i only drink when it is really a hot morning

I have never heard that having a glass of water in first thing in the morning is bad. I have a large glass of water every morning as food is not good for me in the morning as it makes me sick to my stomach. I have to drink water for the first 2 hours after waking up. It usually does me good to drink water in the morning.

No, for me I will get sick if I eat anything in the first 2 hours of being awake. So, I just drink water to hold me over or OJ.

This is not my opinion, it's a fact that I read years ago and have been trying to make it a habit: it's advisable to drink two glasses of water in the morning (when you wake up, before breakfast). That's how much water you normally lose (you consume energy and water even in your sleep), so you have to replenish the lost fluids.
There's actually a therapy: include fresh lemon juice in your water. It's good for detoxification :)

Well as far as I know to drink a glass of water in the morning is really good for you. You need water because we are made up of water more than anything so I am not sure what you read or were told is true. Take care and happy mylotting as well.

Good day, sinokirin. Well, someone told me that drinking water in the morning before breakfast can lose appetite in eating. I had proven it to be true because after drinking, the stomach gets full because of water so it feels satisfied so a person cannot eat more. Maybe it is bad because water had took more space in our stomach. We should only drink water after eating. This is my view to your topic, Happy mylotting...
