Is it a good habit of drinking in the morning

I like drinking some water after geting up in the morning before the breakfast. Someone told me that it isnt a good habit to drink when you are empty. What is your opinions & is it a good habit?

niyuhua i think it is a good habit to drink some water after you get up. that will promote your blood circulate. i always drink many water after i get up. i will feel very well after that.
