I love cooking, and I love making breakfast on the weekends for my boyfriend and I. This morning I was out of eggs, so I couldn't make our breakfast! Instead we decided to have dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner.
For breakfast we ate salad, tater tots and pulled pork sandwiches. Haha. Then I did the food shopping, and he went to work.
When he gets home, I am making blackberry pancakes, corn muffins, turkey bacon, home fries, scrambled eggs and maybe some sausages. Can't forget the coffee!
What are YOU making for dinner?

I love having breakfast food for dinner. I love me some good breakfast food and i always think it is so much easier to make that stuff for dinner than having to boil water and go through all that stuff just for dinner and you always think you have to eat healthy meal at dinner but sometimes you don't and you can pig out on breakfast food that is so yummy.
Tonight Dinner has already past and i believe i ate around 6 with a lot of people that were friends and family. We had steak, kabobs with vegetables, scalloped potatoes, corn and some home made garlic bread that was yummy. It actuality was all pretty good and i ate it all and enjoyed every bit of it.
We have been trying to eat with some family on Sundays and get together and have a family night and i think it it important to be with family and talk to each other and see what is really going on.

we grilled steaks well my hubby did and they were yummy I made homemade mash potatoes with cheese and some corn on the cob. It really hit the spot after a long day at work. That's a good idea about switching dinner for breakfast and vice versa...that's cute

I have prepared what's for dinner tonight. I have preserved two chicken thighs, garlic pepper flavor. I'm debating if I'm going to bake it or stir fried it, I'll serve it with broccoli and steamed rice. Sounds yummy! :-)

I am a very lucky lady as I will be having pork curry tonight made by my wonderful husband. I will be cooking for the children, something quick and simple, maybe beans on toast with grated cheese, one of their favourites. I do something quick and simple for the children mainly because he makes such a terrible mess of my kitchen that I am in their for hours after the meal, but his curries are quite phenomenal. Anyway, I had better go and start their meal as the curry is smelling wonderful and maybe I can start on the kitchen.

Today was a lazy day - so neither of us felt like making dinner. We went out for steak instead. It was amazing!
Tomorrow will be sausages and potatoes. A new recipe for a baked/au gratin type potato. I am pretty excited to try it out. Hopefully it will be awesome. If not, my husband will love it anyway - he loves when I cook for him!

I was going to order chinese but instead, I ended up making a pasta with shrimp in it. The only problem with this is I am not hungry and I cooked it because I was bored out of my mind. Plus, nobody eats shrimp here but me so I think I cooked it for nothing..lol

Last night I made chicken teryiaki stirfry with rice. I'm not sure what we will have tonight. It's just lunchtime here now so I'm not really thinking about what I'll cook for dinner tonight yet although I probably should be thinking about it. I'm sure it will be some kind of chicken. We eat lots of chicken in our house. I do like making breakfast for dinner sometimes but I've never eaten dinner for breakfast. LOL

My partner cut up some potatoes and onions and fried those up with some butter and garlic spices. Then I heated up some italian chicken that we had in the fridge and the egg rolls that we had left over from Friday's dinner so we could get them out of the fridge. We almost ate all of it. We only have a little bit of leftovers left. I'm sure they will end up someone's snack rather soon. It was rather tasty.

I also love to cook and thinking also that this evening I may make breakfast for dinner. I always experiment when I am cooking, especially if I am cooking something that is fairly common. I love breakfast and I have two new dishes that I am working on that I like very much. The first one is based on the traditional sausage gravy but instead of using sausage I use maple bacon. I fry up the bacon in strips and after cooking the bacon I take the strips out of the hot oil left from the bacon and make my rue. I just add flour to the bacon drippings and let the oil bubble the flour then add milk and whole bacon strips into the milk gravy. Served with over easy eggs and hash browns rock. The second one I call the "Brian Hopper".....It is my concept on the ultimate breakfast sandwhich. English Muffin,Fried Egg(I like mine Over easy), Ham, Cheeze, Mayo, shredded lettuce, and a fresh slice of a good vine ripen tomatoe. Its is perfect, the tomatoe lettuce and mayo. You can substitute the ham with bacon or sausage. I also like to add a splash of my favorite hot sauce.

My dinner was taken in school. It include eggs, green vagetables ,meat, and rice.In my mind ,food for dinner should be as light as possible .Beacase we don't have too much work to do in night .So we had better eat little food .So that we can sleep well at night .

Dinner is very neccessery to all human being, because after dinner u can sleep relaxfully at night. Whole day who not get food of full stomach that's ok but if
at night he won't get then he can't sleep their whole night wiil be unrelaxed.
So dinner should be there.

I made mango chicken curry over jasmine rice and a side of black beans. It was the first time I've ever made curry before but I've been in the mood for cocnutty chicken. I don't have curry power or paste but I do have many of the spices that make up curry powder so I just made do. It was a cross between a latin american dish and thai curry. Yummy but will be tweaking it in the future. I didn't follow a recipe, just followed my culinary instinct haha

I love curry! And I never use recipes either! I am actually working on compiling a bunch of recipes - I want to put out a cook book. I think my first step is to start a blog specifically for my recipes and see how much traffic I get, then see if maybe I should pursue this idea. If you want to take a look at a couple of the recipes I have made so far, shoot me a pm and I can link you to my regular blog, where the recipes currently are.

What's for dinner tonight? Arh...this will be one of the hardest question or decision to make out of a day, haha. I'm working outside from home now, and are staying with friends in a rented house. So, going out for lunch or dinner will be everyday's common task. As time goes on, there're getting lesser food for us to try and we'll start to repeat the same food to eat over the days. Cooking will be a good way out, but...it'll need quite a lot of work,to prepare and to finish off. Obviously we're of the kind of 'lazy' people here, there's no other choice for us except eat outside.
