Hi!!
If you are suffering from constant headaches..I suggest you should cut down on caffeine. Yes, caffeine can increase muscle tension and your anxiety level. It also creates difficulties in sleeping which can cause headaches. Another problem is that many people drink several cups of coffee a day during their work week but cut their consumption on weekends. This can lead to weekend caffeine withdrawal headache..That's why it's recommended to those people to slowly decaffeinate themselves. Yes it should be done gradually, not in an abrupt manner. Decreasing your caffeine intake by one half cup per week is more than enough.
So,please try this out....I am also trying to take less coffee.
Happy Mylotting!!

Yes, my hubby has this problem exactly. He will drink a coffee to stop the headache, however it is so funny that actually the report shows caffeine causeing muscle tensions and ultimately causeing headache.
