Do you have your breakfast daily?

I usually miss them because firstly I caanot wake up very early and when doing other things in the morning I tend to forget to take my breakfast but I have an advantage as I come to the office There is breakfast for me. So do you take your breakfast everyday?

breakfast is the most important meal of the day. i'd rather be late than not having breakfast. i'll be dizzy if i cant have one. especially that my work is far form my home. i really need that breakfast.

lol i never miss my breakfast
I take breakfast daily after my bath, worship and exercises.
It is always light food and not same every day. I don’t take bread butter etc, but simple homemade Indian stuff, may be idli, dosa, utuupum, paratha, roti, halwa, chilla etc

When I was working full-time, I hardly have time for breakfast. I've to wake up early, and rush out before the traffic builds up. There's only enough time for a hot coffee - to keep me awake while I'm driving. Now that I do not need to go to office daily, I still don't take breakfast either - I've been so used to not taking breakfast.

I have been told by two nutritionists to eat breakfast, even if it is something small. It is good for you and will help you lose weight (not that you need to lose weight but I do).
I often eat a banana and then maybe something else. I keep granola bars in my desk at work if i don't grab something at home. I also try to keep some hard boiled eggs in the frige (my doc said more protein and suggested it). That way it is quick and easy for me to eat and I feel better.
On the weekends it is more like brunch since I like to sleep in and then I cook a nice meal.

I didn't have my breakfast today again.Though i know that the breakfast is very important to people, but i always get up late and have no time to have it. And now my stomach is not good and sometimes it ached. I set up the goal that have breakfast every morning. Hope i can reach it.
