I need to show this to Dearra. She hasn't quite caught on that she's supposed to be replying in monosyllables, not monologues...

Bwhahahaha!!! That was FUNNY!!!
My boys aren't teens yet, but it's good to know what to expect. Some of it has already started. Typically, I'll ask them, "How was school today?"... my usual answers vary from "Good", "Bad", and "Okay". Then I have to press for more. The trick is open ended questions... those that cannot be answered with a yes, no, good, maybe, etc.

HI Steph, I had dial up till March so I know how that it takes forever to get through a video on youtube. I have changed to something called Fibernet that is the same cost as the dial up was and it is 64K so a bit faster. But then I also have my wireless that I get free that my computer picks up from somewhere that is faster then my fibernet at 5.5Mbps So maybe they might have it where you are at Dial up at my local telephone company cost $19.95 and Fibernet cost $19.95

Oh how I would wish for such a teenager. Notice it was a teenage boy in the video. Because if it were a teenage girl it would be more like this

Hi p1key,
I haven't any children, wether that is a blessings or not but sometimes I think its a blessings, heheheh. My friend's son and daughter was like that at one time, it was very painful trying to have a conversation with him, he was just like this teenager in the youtube, so why are teenagers like that? I was never like that though. Hugs.

My boys went through a brief period like that, it drove me nuts and by then it was a very short drive! Luckily, it didn't last long.

LOL that's too funny. I can see my niece acting like that now (she's 16) and I can recall back when I was that age and didn't want to talk talk talk...

haha, funny, *wink* at the end. I also checked out the 2 yr old on Guitar Hero on Expert. Some cute...but I think there was someone playing with another guitar behind him. But adorable when they dance with it.

I don't have a teenager but once was one my self and thought this rather cute and almost accurate..especially for boys. Girls tell a bit more then that. But we can be tight lipped at times as well. Thanks for the cute link..
