I have had problems with chronic fatigue and yeast and a friend told me that i would feel better if i ate less meat and ate more organic veggies and whole grains. Is this true? What can i do about yeast overgrowth in my body?

Yes. Our bodies need grains and veggies. It was built to need them. It keeps our immune system going strong. I don't know about the yeast. Fruits and veggies give one energy, and that energy doesn't wear out fast like the energy from chocolate and other bad (but totally delicious!) foods. It's so hard to stick with what is good for one.
