Truck stuck under bridge, how do you get it out?

Why do i keep wearing out my walking shoes?

The inside of the back of my heels always wears out so fast. Is there a type of insole or something i can do to correct my walking so i don't wear out my shoes so fast? What the best type of shoe to wear for this?

dpacjones No i actually think i have high arches. And they are slightly wide but usually not a hassle to find sizes. when i was young i had my feet correct by a brace because they were turn inward but i do not walk pigeon toed.??

dpacjones I agree a safety net is very important and my friend did have a Plan B and someone with more experience to call if need be, but everything with the baby and mom was OK so she had her little one in the bathtub at home with her hubby.
