Dieting and Maltesers

Does anyone out there know if you could lose weight by eating just maltesers? I would love to eat them all day long

Yes, as long as you are burning more calories than you are taking in then you would indeed lose weight, but as tasty as that sounds, eating nothing but maltesers every day would not be very good for you! There not exactly a good source of vitamins and minerals...and like most candy, they are very high in calories too. Your best bet would be a combination of weight training, aerobic exercise, and a varied diet that consists mostly of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and plenty of water...with the occasional malteser of course. :)
