how do you tighten your stomick muscles i had four kids i lost all the weight i just need to tighten up, does anyone have any good idean on how to do this.

misspinkbang sit ups and running are usually good it did help me when i did it and stuck to it. i also found that not drinking fizzy drinks helped me to.

I did have some sea monkies but they all died they were weird little things you could even see little black dots in there bellies when they were pragnant. But what are they? where did they come from?
