i have done lots of mistakes in my life but the worst one was when i resigned in my previous job. i find it hard to find another one after that. if feel dumb that time.
I have similar experience with u, i quit my job without new offer, it takes me almost two months more to find new job. But i never regret what i did, as in the previous company, i'm treated unfair.
