how to do it in photoshop?

Try downloading some e-books and read it. It is what I used in learning AutoCad. It is more cheaper. But you have to read it and understand it. But if you want to learn in a short span of time, try attending some workshop and lessons.

Ha, you're not asking much. It's pretty easy to change your eye colour with just by creating a circle over you iris and set the color and transparency so you can still see the iris through the colour you choose. As for changing your hair colour well that takes a bit of practice. I would just go die my hair temporarily get the perfect picture that way. :)

my brother used to do photo editing using photoshop but he advised me to have a video tutorial for it can't be explained through the net because its too complicated.

you know you are not asking any easy thing to learn it from here on mylot. It is not like that someone discribe it here in 5-6 or 10 lines and you understand. It is an application and to work on photoshop application you have to learn that software from any institute or learn in through book. then you can work on it. Otherwise you are realy intrested then do it through any other who knows photoshop.

Hi angelbelle587! Using photoshop program needs practice and you should know the function of the tools. I suggest that you read about the program and do some exercises available on the net. Once you have an idea how to use the program then try to practice in your photo. Cheers! Happy mylotting!
