When we eat in every meal we usually add a fruit whether two set or one set of fruit, like apple, mango, pineapple, apple, melon, guava,and any other fruit, this fruit contains a vitamin that we needs, to give us strength and maintain a balance diet.

I do eat fruits as often as I could. Just this morning I had banana with my breakfast. I also like apples but they're more expensive than bananas so I eat more bananas than apples. I eat more fruits when I go home to my parents' home for the weekends. They have lots of fruits there so I get my fill :D A few of my favorites are fresh, sweet pineapple and watermelon. Papaya, I believe, is the best aid for someone who is very much concerned with weight management and proper digestion.

Yes I do.I just take any one of the fruits daily after dinner as I take salads after lunch.Now I am indulging in mangoes and Lychee.It makes me sad that lychee is available only for two months or so during the summer time only.I am just passionate about lychee.It is not only the taste the smell like rose water is so enchanting.

An apple a day keeps doctor away.so i take apple regularly after dinner.I like the sour taste and aroma of green apple,so i take green apple daily.Apple is also rich in pectin which is good for your heart.Take apple with skin since it contains many essential nutrients.

I enjoy fruit very much. These past couple of months especially I have been including more fruit into my diet. The best kind I was told were different types of melons, because of the large water content they contain. Although every fruit it beneficial in some way. I have been buying canteloupes every time I go to the grocery store. I love them and have been eating them often.

Of course!! =) I see to it that I have 4-9 servings of fruit per day.. that's whats recommended for an average adult, right? I take the opportunity to eat fruits in season because they might not be available the next month.. plus, fruits are flowing with lots of antioxidants which help fight free radicals in my body and help make me healthy! I love fruits.. =)

I eat fruit when there is available in our house. Fruits are good in our body and we should eat fruits everyday. Its healthy and rich in vitamins. For diet people its really effective to eat more fruits and less meal.

hi, thats true sometimes it is not possible to have fruits daily, I like banana but as I'm in a diet my instructor suggest me not to have banana because of rich carbohydrates..

I am not very fond of fruits and I eat fruits in the form of juices or salads. I like it when it is in the form of fruit salad. Now, I started eating some guava daily because I have deficiency of vitamin B and I need to eat soem guave which is rich in vitamin B, but I don't really like it.

I love lots of fruits but unfortunately I don't get my daily servings. I like to try and keep a few different fruits in the house especially for those times when we just want to snack that way we can get some healthy snacking in and not be snacking on the "junks" as much.

I love fruit but unfortunately I dont include it in my daily diet, I dont know why. As soon as I cut down sweets, then I turn to eat fruit. I will make a resolution to start eating fruit everyday because I dont have a well balanced and healthy diet.

some people are really lucky they don't become fats but it is good to have fruits as it supplements vitamins and fibers.

Hi achinthya,
You are right, eating fruits are really good for our health. Fruits contain more percentage of water and it doesn’t have bad-cholesterol. It is a natural food and contains high value of nutrition and even stimulates the memory. There are number of good qualities about fruits.
But I am not particular on eating fruits. I do purchase seasonal fruits and most probably buying bananas (it is available in all season and good one also) every alternative days. I like to eat fruits and providing for my kids too. I don’t take it as a must to eat because of the health reasons. But I am eating fruits.

I make an effort to have some fresh, whole fruit each day! The fiber and nutrients are necessary. Besides, the fruit tastes great!
I get plenty of fruit, but it isnt always whole fruit. I will often drink some fruit juice or have jam on my toast. These are great ways to get some of the nutrients from fruit. But I also think it is important to eat whole fruit as well. Otherwise, you are missing out on some of the fiber. Our bodies need that too!
Now I am craving some strawberries. I cant wait until lunchtime!
