Morpher Everyday i always wake up at 6.30 am and never set alarm. My mom always wake up at 4 am in every morning and never use alarm too, because she want jogging, after jogging she always go to market. I use alarm if i have appointment in the morning.

Morpher Yeah i usually check 1st before bought somethings, sometime had the expire`s time of the food, that shop still sold. So, we must be careful when want bought foods.
