I do, otherwise I will get up very late. My mom gets up at 5 in the morning everyday. She doesn't need an alarm. She automatically wakes at that time and she has been doing this for many days.
I won't set an alarm on holidays and I like to sleep in.I love sleeping. What about you?

Hello daliaj. When I have a rest at home, I don't set the alarm to wake me up, but on weekdays I always use either my alarm radio or my cell phone to wake me up. I don't want to get up late and go to work late. Otherwise I would feel embarrassed for it.

I remember i don't need any alarm clock to wake up in early morning hour, because i lived close to a worship house, the morning prayer from the speaker is more than enough to wake me up and prevent me from sleeping in weekend. But now i need one, since i moved away from it, it has been set accordingly to help me wake up instead of five o'clock every morning ! Cheer.

I only set an alarm if I need to wake up extra early for something majorly important. On a normal day, too much sunlight enters my window - this usually wakes me up. I really love to sleep and would prefer to wake up at my convenience. Too bad I can't do this everyday. Hahaha.

I used to make sure and set my alarm each morning and was addicted to the snooze button. I worked a lot of hours and had a stressful job and I never felt like I got enough sleep. Then a little more than a year ago I decided to change my attitude about sleep. I decided that if I could trust God with my soul then I should trust Him with my sleep schedule, too. I stopped setting my alarm and I've never gotten up late ever since. Usually what happens is I am just ready to get up at an appropriate time each day. This is especially impressive if you consider that my schedule has changed drastically and though it is no longer stressful and hectic, it changes every single day.

actually, most of the time, no. I almost always wake up on time. because most of my classes start in the afternoon... haha.... but when I got a class in the morning, I use my phone as my alarm clock.

Everyday, now since I'm going to be starting school, I will have my ipod touch set everyday to go off at 7:30 or 8:00 in the morning, thats AM, obviously. I will get up then and at night I would go to bed to have at least eight hours of sleep a night so I am not sleep deprived in the morning, and I can function at school.

I have to set an alarm. Always. Without fail. If I don't set the alarm or for some reason it doesn't go off, I don't get up and then I'm late for wherever I was going and it's a really big mess. So I always triple check that the alarm is set when I have things to do in the morning.
