Yesterday, I spent at least 3 hours at mylot replied discussions, and posted discussions. Today I check my earnings, I only made $0.58 with all the effort I contributed last night. I just feel simply frustrated. Other times, I only spend 1 and half hour, I can made at least $0.68, but I just don't understand why.

Earnings are updated once every day. So, whatever you type now you won't know how much you've made until the next day.

wow i have long since felt frustrated with mylot.Lately I am finding it very hard to participate at mylot.I am not here alone for the money but the money served as an incentive to come here. The figures you have quoted though doesnt seem bad ,I cant tell the last time i even made twenty cents let alone fifty but i understand your plight .It would seem that teh effort per unit compensation ratio is not equitable.kepp posting though and all the best

I felt the same way too when I was just starting to blog here. Eventually that frustrating feelings disappeared because for me when I blog it feels relaxing. I've been here for almost a year but when I look at my dashboard I am earning less than that amount can afford me an hour subscription rate for my internet. One thing I can say and suggest to you. Just blog, relax, write and be the most happy person who can share your thoughts to us. You may start counting how much you earn when you notice that your contacts here reached as much than the amount mylot can give you. Happy blogging!!!

To be honest, I am also a little confused about the price system here. I used to think that I achieved only one cent for each of my post just because I were new here. However, after more than half a month, I have already posted more than 100 and achieved the level of 7, but now, sometimes I can only get less than 1 cent per post. I am really confused.

If it is due to discussions, the problem is that till you get good amount of responses we dont get enough resources. Have more posts. And good long ones. That will get you more. Make discussions such a way that you will get lots of responses. Try to have a conversation string within a discussion. It helps.

Don't feel so frustrated Clorissa. Mylot has been constant on paying it's members. Even if you earn that small, you can still gather that amount and it will be an earning at least. I have been here on mylot for 4 months and i tell you every month, i was able to get my payout.
I have been doing not just post topics but answer to every discussions i can relate to and at the same time when Mylot gives tasks, i am sure i don't miss the opportunity to participate as well. Although most given tasks for the past week were about writing an article, i don't lose hope that i can still partake a research work from them where i earn and add it to my account and that helps me to reach payout in no time.
The first time i joined Mylot was second week of February this year. I was able to reach the payout before the cutoff period, then i received my payout on the month of March. That did not stopped me to reach my goal, i set a goal to aim $15.00 and i did, my second payout was more than 15, and the month of March, i was also able to reach the payout more than $10 so just be patient. Do everything to maximize your potential to earn here.I know you can do it too!

i would have to agree on this one. it's a bit confusing on how earnings are computed and sometimes it really wouldnt matter how many hours you spent answering discussions or how many threads you started. i've actually given up on figuring out how this all works out. hahaha.

I understand how you feel because i have the same encounter as you.Sometimes i am always confuse on how mylot pays, because when i spend longer time here,i sometimes will receive lesser earnings than the day that i spend more time and more post. So,i hope mylot could come out a system telling us how they pay us based on their system.

Well this same thing has happened to me as well.......but i suggest you check today's earnings......many a times it happens that i put in lots of efforts, responding and discussing and i don't get anything for that day......but i get more amount in the following day even though you mentioned i dint put much efforts......so guess it just might not be getting picked up on that day......and also the discussions you start everyday and you get paid even for the response you get in your discussions......so check if you get paid more today.......

That is depressing news. At least you have made .58 cents. The maximum earnings I had since I joined here in mylot is just .20 cents. Maybe your replies were just short. Some mylotters said that we need to at least have 3 sentences in our replies so that we can earn at least one cent per reply. In my cae, it really is true. I tried replying in one sentence only a few times and they were not credited. You can also make your replies very detailed.

May be you need to wait one more day to get to see the actual earning. I use to get money for my work after 36-48 hours. I mean this is 15the and I will get money for this job on 17th. It has to do something with timezones too. It might be 15th here but it must be 14th in US.
So, I guess, just wait one more dy and you will get money for your work and will make you happy!

Nobody really knows how myLot compute our earnings. I'm having the same problem but i guess there's just nothing more i can do about it. I just move on then myLot myself away. $.68 in one hour and a half isn't bad and $.58 in three hours isn't bad either. Some would even spend more than 3 hours but couldn't even get as high a $.58. I spend my half days in myLot but i still couldn't get a dollar. In fact, in my 8 months of actively myLotting, i am yet to get a dollar as my daily earning.

I think $0.58 for 3 hours replying is not at all bad. You are frustrated because you are compering with your best day. We do not earn same amount every day. It greatly varies depending on the quality of responses. Mylot always emphasizes on quality rather than quantity. May be in the first day your response quality was better than the second day that's why you earned more on first day spending half time.
Cheer up I think you are earning good and keep mylotting. You will be definitely paid for your hard work.
