Xarex I set my schedules for the week but I take note of the things to do at night for the next day so I will not be rushing in the morning. This way I feel comfortable and relaxed because I know how to adjust with unexpected appointments.

Xarex Hi! I tried drinking energy drinks also and it made me eat much. I don't know maybe it makes our digestion faster that's why I easily get hungry :) But I think drinking too much could give side effects on our body.
