Taking some time to prepare for the day.

Every morning before work, I am making a list of my daily tasks and set some priorities. This helps me organize my mind and make a sequence of things that I have to finish by the end of the day. Then, I leave some open time for last minute work that may come up since clients are unpredictable with their requests.
There is a guy here who doesn't have any schedule. He starts working on whatever comes up first. Others prefer to make their schedule with weekly deadlines and tasks or prepare from the say before.
How do you set your schedule?
Do you plan ahead for the day or you prefer to adjust your schedule as the day progresses?

@besweet My days change constantly, so I never know what I will be doing, so that is why I don't make lists. It works for me though the way I do it, and I might not get everything done I wanted to do, but then I am not in any hurry, and besides, Iwould rather be here than anywhere else, or doing anything else for that matter.

@rosekiss It's better to think that you're not in a hurry and there is enough time for everything! I get stressed and try to do things quickly in order to finish everything in my day. But then I don't enjoy some of them and I have stress in my life. I 've tried to be more relaxed with some things but it's not easy to change the way I think!
