I think that we all have a nagging little pain of some kind. It's part of being a human to hurt and the pain can be big or small. My neck and shoulders bother me the most. Some people don't have anything physical that bothers them..but maybe their heart hurts. Maybe it's both. So tell me..what do you have that hurts?

What if nothing hurts and peope enjoy their life. For example, kids, they don't face any pain in their life. Even if there are little pain, they forget about it and start enjoying there life.
As for me, I have pain in my heart, my eyes and my head. I am on medicines for my eyes and haed but there is no cure for heart hurt, or is there any?

Talk about 2004-06, I was so frustrated that I was ready to do anything to get me someone for life but since I fell in love, I have understood that nothing comes easy and if we win some we loose some.
This is my choice of being single for the moment becaue I am not ready to take another shot! Don't worry about me, God must have written some interesting role in his script for me!

I can relate to what your saying. It takes time to be willing to jump in with both feet again after you've fallen in love and it didn't work out. I agree there must be a very interesting plan for you. Your to special for there not to be. As far as not worrying about you..well...I can't promise you that..your my buddy

Hi sanuanu! I was hoping you would respond because I know you have been pretty down lately. I think those cures for the heart start within ourself. I really want you to get out of this rut your in. You are a great person and have so much to offer everyone. I wish I had the answer to your heartache but you have to be the one that does that. It would be great if we were children that never experiance pain or forgot the ones we did quickly. We all have to move on and enjoy our lives..even after the pain. I hope the medicine for your eyes and head works and that you find what you need to heal that heart of yours.

What hurts?
A lot of things actually. I get off and on headaches when I do not eat well and on time. Once I eat it gets away. Again I get some nagging pains in my hands when I type fast and type much. I do not want end up in CTS so doing exercise intermittently.
I can deal with physical hurts but emotional pains are hard to overcome. The scar remains life long. I rather not have another heart ache.

Right now my stomach hurts for no apparent reason, go figure! I don't have many physical ailments and that is fortunate although there have been a few heart breaks which have only partially healed. Emotional wounds take the longest time to heal and sadly there are those that never do. I ease the pain by taking note of all I have to be grateful for right now.

For years it was the heart. but lately it is physical. my lack of sleep for years have really got to me physically. strangely I have started to let go of the emotional pain, because I have talked about those bad experiences a lot and I have gotten my fair share of justice. what comes around goes around and now it's time for me to rest my mind. I have been hurting around neck and shoulders since last year and lost my balance quite a few times too. It's not as much now and I learned a new meditation method simply for calming mind that leads to more rested sleeps. I start to see a small result after a few months and still working on it.

Emotional and physical health can often times go hand in hand. I'm glad your issues have been dealt with and you can move forward. I wish you the best of luck and hopefully soon you will be free of both these issues. Thanks for sharing and take care.

Like you, my neck and shoulders tend to hurt quite a lot. These days it is my left shoulder more than my right because I injured it about 10 years ago. I saw a chiropractor who told me I had caused slight damage to the joints and I probably get problems with it later on.. I wish he had been wrong, but he wasn't. - Derek

Sometimes it takes a while for those injuries to flare up. Not like we can tell right then the effect they can have on us. I think mine originated from a wreck several years ago. I was pretty much ok then but as time went on my neck bothers me some. Not to mention I lift a lot at work. Thanks for sharing.

It cause neck and shoulder pains if sitting too long in front of the desk. We need physical exercises to keep proper blood circulation to provide nutrition to all parts of the body. When not well supplied, here or there, muscles, joints, bones will bother us. So rather take initiative to keep in good shape than suffering from pain.
My knees hurt these days from a slip, and also because of the weather.

Thanks for sharing. Mine is because of to much exercise I think. I never sit down at work and lift alot. I am a manager but I lead by example. I'm in pretty good shape but I need a vacation..lol...I think mine originated from a wreck years ago. I was fine then though.

I have some trouble with Acne. Sometimes Acne pimples are big and painful. When I take medicine for it, then it goes away. But sometimes it comes back sooner than expected.

My lower back hurts if I'm standing for more than 15 minutes at a time. I also sometimes wake up with lower back pain. I tend to sleep with a pillow between my knees to help this problem. I also have pain in my heart because I feel I have no direction in my life not having a job. I have worked for 32 years but not working now and no money coming in scares me.

I understand what your saying about your heart hurting because you feel you have no direction. It's hard to deal with when we have to face forced changes in our life. I hope you get something soon so you can eliminate at least one pain. Thanks for sharing and good luck.

I had my mole operation and the first part really brought the pain, thanks anesthesia did work. I think what really hurt for me is when I see my family in pain (that heart pain) and to think that you can do nothing about that. I love them so much, I can handle the pain.

My cheek hurts. I have a wisdom tooth that is coming in facing the side of my mouth instead of straight down. It is rubbing on my cheek and causing it to puff up and get irritated. It is really annoying, but until I can afford to have it taken out I have to deal with it.

Thank god My Heart is cured, I got the right guy for a change and I'm all good in the Heart department., but I shure have a lot of back aches and my feet hurt all the time.
I guess It's just gonna be like that because I went to the doctor last year with my back and he said my back was OK.
Other than that I'm a OK.

I would have to say my elbows and knees but only on the left side of my body..lol..
and of course I have no idea why. Some days are better than others and today is one of my better days. I'm actually thinking of buying some Ben-Gay to see if it helps..lol..and if it doesn't help, than I'll have to see a Doctor. I guess it sucks getting old...LOL
