Yoga is a great thing to happen to me. Yoga is complete package for complete fitness. It takes care of your physical and mental well being. The best part of yoga is you do not have to give it hours every day. You can fit it in any part of your day and it gives you results. I would like to share this link with all yoga lovers. This site gives you the different asanas with their benefits.

I feel that if yoga is done simply as a physical exercise it is indeed a wonderful benefit to the body, but if you approach yoga in it's fullest, you're exercising and aligning mental, physical and spiritual aspects of your being and it is could seem to have a magical effect.

Yoga is a comprehensive exercise regimen which combines both the body and the mind. The very word ‘yoga’ means to connect, it connects our body with our minds and consciousness embedded in our brain. Out body is capable itself of taking care of various diseases…instead we look outwards for remedy. This coupled with our everyday stress and strain, thwarts the growth or awakening of the impulse and stimulus required for our body to be in complete harmony with nature. Yoga helps to rejuvenate those stimulus points…on a more physical level, it is one of the best exercise regimens for the body…it can be done by anybody of any age.

Yes, yoga can keep you in a fighting fit lifestyle, there are many forms of yoga all are equally beneficial.
Though yoga was started in the east-asian countries, it soon spread around to the world. Even European counties have yoga classes too. People suffering from asthma are the main beneficiaries of yoga.
Yoga was practiced by sages for finding the meaning of life, by uniting body and soul. Yes, it has a magical effect on you:
-It lowers the blood adrenalin level, which lowers the stress.
-It stimulates the 'satiety center' in brain, which decreases the pace of hunger and metabolism.
-It also reduces melatonin content in blood, which gives you activeness and a better concentration.
Yoga is truly very beneficial.
Hoping this was very helpful,
Regards,
