Hahaha sounds crazy but most of my friends who have a nice hair says that one way to make your hair grow beautiful is to talk to them while brushing it.. It sounds ridiculous but do you do it?? I haven't attempted it but I think I'd give it a try if that's the best way to make my hair beautiful

Hmmmm, heard plants grow well when you talk to them but, its actually because when you do talk to plants, you give them your carbon dioxide so you kind'a feed them the 'food' that they eat while you talk, hence making them more better when they grow.
Now, when you talk about talking to your hair, I don't know if they also have the same properties with plants but, I'm guessing that its a mind set. I mean, when you associate well with things, those things would somehow react appropriately to what you expect.
Say your really recognizing your own hair. You then give your brain impulses that you value your hair and the brain reacts in such a way to make your hair grow better.
Like when you think about food, you get hungry, right?
I'm not really sure though. I simply didn't care about my hair even when I was growing it long. I just brushed it regularly and knew that my female classmates during college envied me about it.. (^_^")

That's weird, the thing I know that grows beautifully when you are talking to eat are plants and babies, but hair ? Never thought of it, perhaps there is a psychological explanation of it I think but not necessarily scientific eh ? Growing the hair beautifully requires a lot of care of it. I was wondering how could someone talk to his hair when it is short and just in the top of your head ?

Of course not! Well, actually I knew people/friends who talked to their hair 'coz asking their hair if to make their hair healthy and grow longer. I'm not sure if this is 100% true but you know before when I was in kinder, my hair is pretty long, silky and shiny but when I reached Grade 4...I decided to cut it and now its all gone. I mean the silky and shiny before is now turned into dry hair.
**I think nagtampo bigla ung hair ko, kaya ganun?!**

I think there's nothing to lose if you'll start talking to your hair now.. just make sure nobody's looking :)

Sounds just like my girlfriend.
I always teased her about talking to her hair.
She got a nice and shiny hear. I don't see any
wrong reason why we should not talk to our hair.
But I would not do that in front of anybody else.
Sounds crazy to me.lol.

really sounds crazy and weird...hehe..if she want her hair to grow more beautiful, she should visit some great salon instead talking with her hair..although i think there is no harm in doing this,,but if someone will see you doing this,,they might thought that your loosing your knots...hehe

hahaha that sounds really funny...
i've heard people talking to plants and even singing too. my mom does that and she grows wonderful greeneries and ornamentals. but i haven't heard anyone do that to their hair. :) just imagining it brings a smile. hehe
what i do with my hair (at the most) is caress it. i like touching my hair, caress-style coz i love its softness. i have a very long hair and sometimes i can get away with not combing it at all, just run my fingers thru my hair after shower and let it dry naturally or towel-off a bit.

This is an intersting idea. I don't think it s wierd. I have a nice long beautiful hair and I spend a lot of time daily to take care of it. I will try talking to my hair and let you know the results. Thanks for the idea. Let me see how will it work out.

LOL, well sometimes I "talk" to it when it makes me frustrated, but it has never answered back. It just keeps doing its own thing. Cute question : )

Hey, if talking to plants helps them to grow better, I'm all for talking to my hair to make it more beautiful. lol I might get some weird looks from people who might be around me when I'm brushing, but who cares?
*grabs brush*
Hello, hair! :D

lol...No. I can't say that I talk to my hair. I don't think it will respond very well. :) Maybe talking to plants will help them grow but talking to hair is another story. I have waist length hair and haven't said a word to it yet. Well...I might have said "ouch" a few times because of tangles but that's about it. That's funny.

hahaha this makes me laugh!... i don't even care about my hair.. i don't feel like facing the mirror and combing your hair.. after taking a bath, i just towel my hair and just make it dry.. i don't even look at the mirror to see if my hair looks good or not..
