How long you can sit on a computer at a streach?

I usually start mylotting by 9 AM and continue till ( PM. But I don't mean that I'll never get up. Sometimes my wrist and palm suffer severe pain due to continuous typing. My eyes also start irritating sometimes. At those times, I'll just relax for a minute!

I can sit infront of the compute for 6-8 hours ( with toilet breaks of course! :D) Before I usually stay infront of the computer just plainly playing online games, but now, I stay because I want to somehow earn a bit of extra money online :)

18 hours is my longest so far. I had to write 5000 lines of code for a college final project in 3 days. :p

Due to health issues with my back I am unable to site at a computer for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. This is why I tend to use a laptop so I can lie down in bed and use it, in which case it can be several hours at a time.

I can sit on computer for hours and hours. I would never get bored of computer. I can do some many things on computer from my studies to entertainment, my hobbies and earnings. I have less time during workdays but on holidays I spend my whole day on the computer.

Hi, I am an IT professional, so I have to spend most of the times in front of computer. Like 10 hrs a day are what I can think of. I am unable to open my eyes at the end of the day. It is very tiring :)

I can usually only make it about an hour a day or so on the computer. After working all day and such I find that it hurts my eyes and gives me a headache if I stare at the screen for too long.

At work one has to be infront of the computer around 5-7 hours maximum on a daily basis, but many peoples work hours keep differing you will see them on screen for more than 7 hours. As for me max would be 1 to 2 hours even at work. In that case earning online also.

for me i can sit at a computer for about 5 hours at the most. But then my head starts to wonder or i get a headache.

i can sit infront of the computer for around three hours without going to the toilet , i don't find it boring , sometime i really very concentrate on mylot respond and discussion until i forget the time

Depends on what you do. The amount of time you spend on a computer depends on what have had to do by sitting in front of it. Sometimes it is dictated and at othertimes you just enjoy doing it. Although sitting in front of computer for long hours is not good for health, you can manage it with a proper seating posture and some greenery around you. I can sit for 10hours.
